DELIVERY INFORMATION

We aim to deliver your goods within 3-4 working days (this excludes weekends and bank holidays) from the day on which the order was made when placed no later than 14:00 (2pm). As we rely on external delivery companies, we can only indicate the estimated delivery times as a guideline only. Please note that we cannot guarantee that you will receive the goods within such estimated delivery times.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

As all Hoxton Gal orders are shipped from the UK, you may be charged import duties or taxes by the shipping company when the parcel reaches the delivery country outside of the UK. These charges vary by country and must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. If you have any questions related to customs charges, please contact your local customs office.

FAULTY OR WRONG ITEM

For faulty items please do not send the item back to us until you have emailed our customer care department, stating your order number, daytime contact number, your name and address and your reason for the return. In the case of damaged goods be sure to explain the damage. Finally, let us know if you require a refund or a replacement. We will contact you to advise on how we will deal with the return.

DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS

The United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations state that you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from hoxtongal.co.uk for a full refund. In the event of a cancellation, you must inform us in writing be sure to quote your order number. This must be done within 14 working days of delivery of your items. E-mail is acceptable and should be sent to our customer care department.

SECURITY ON OUR WEBSITE

We never see or store your credit card details at any time. All information that is stored on our site such as your billing address and delivery details are for our use only and we DO NOT pass these on to third parties. This information is also highly encrypted at the maximum level possible to ensure none of your login details or information can be seen by any unwanted third party. Your security and confidence in us is of utmost priority.

PRODUCT INFORMATION
We have made every effort to display the colours and descriptions of our products that appear on the website as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colours you see will depend your monitor. We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colours will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.

You will get a confirmation email or SMS text as soon as your order has been shipped. You can track your order on https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/ with the tracking number provided in the confirmation email/SMS text sent. It may take 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Please let us know as soon as possible on orders@glrfashion.com if you need us to cancel your order. Our warehouse team starts to work on your order as soon as it has been placed, due to this if the order has been dispatched we are unable to cancel it.

We are sorry to advise once an order has been dispatched, it is not possible to amend. Please note, providing correct delivery address is customer's responsibility. Therefore, we are unable to issue a refund for orders lost in transit due to incorrect address. 

Please accept our sincerest apologies for receiving a faulty or incorrect item. Please reach out to us at orders@glrfashion.com with order number, description and clear images of the item and we will be happy to help.

Important: Please keep the Royal Mail return receipt safe until funds are cleared into your account.
